How do I get started?
1Fill out our client agreement form
This tells us about the property and allows us access for letting purposes. We can work with any current tenants directly to arrange suitable times for showing.
2Property advertised
Once we have photos (either supplied or we can take some) we place the ad online at the highest traffic times to get you the best possible exposure.
3Property viewings
We show prospective tenants around the property pointing out features and answering any queries.
Our online booking system allows tenants to always have an immediate response no matter what time they contact us.

4Reporting
Weekly reports are sent on Fridays with commentary from viewers and stats from the online ad along with any suggestions to assist in finding your perfect tenant.
5Application screening
Applications are processed immediately on arrival to us. Our online systems make applying a cinch for your tenants and ensure a speedy turn around in an industry where time is of the essence. Credit checks are included in our premium programme.
6Sign up
Once you have approved a tenant, paperwork is started right away to lock them into an agreement. We will provide you with a copy of the tenant's application, identification, tenancy agreement and any other documentation.
7Move in costs
Full move in costs will be collected before move in day. We will lodge the bond on your behalf confirmation will come direct from the Agency.
8Key and property handover
On move in day we hand over the keys to your new tenants and hand the property back to yourself to manage.
